As suggested in Lomborg (2008), security is one of the largest global problems in general and, particularly, at the urban level. In this talk we shall describe how our adversarial risk analysis framework may be used for resource allocation decisions for urban security. Essentially, we deploy a defend-attack-defend model over each cell of a map describing the city; the models are coordinated by resource constraints and neighbouring relations with security implications. We focus on how to incorporate intelligence into the model. We shall discuss limitations and extensions of the model.
