Cost allocation in power grids

We consider a set of agents, each of them able to produce and demand a service like power. Agents can send and receive power through a tree. This tree has a maintenenance cost that should be paid by the agents. In this paper we propose, and characterize axiomatically, two rules for sharing the cost of the tree.
